What types of storage does Route 82 Storage offer?We currently offer year-round 24-hour access outdoor storage, seasonal winter storage from October to April, indoor heated storage, indoor cold storage and outdoor storage.

Can I tour the facility before renting space?Yes, we encourage you to come and take a look at our facility and see what type of storage will work best for you. We ask that you contact us at 234-233-5580 or email Route 82 Storage to set up a time to tour our facility.

How do I access the storage location?Upon completing a lease agreement with Route 82 Storage, you will be provided with access instructions including a personal pin code for the gated entrance. Please note: You only have 24 hour access to the outdoor storage option.

Are the storage contracts monthly or yearly?We have different lengths of contracts for different types of storage. Route 82 Storage contracts range from monthly to seasonal contracts.

What payment types does Route 82 Storage accept?We accept cash, check, Venmo or credit card. If you have any questions on payment options, please call Route 82 Storage at 234-233-5580.

What type of security does Route 82 Storage offer?Route 82 Storage has 24-hour security cameras and a security code enabled gate at the entrance/exit. Our entire property is fenced and has bright security lighting at night to ensure your safety and the safety of your possessions.

Is there anything that I cannot store at Route 82 Storage with my boat, RV, camper or motorcycle?We ask that you inform us of all property that you plan to store at our location and that you do not store any flammable or hazardous material inside or near your property outside.

Should I cover my RV, camper or boat when I store it at Route 82 Storage?Any RV’s, boats or campers can be covered with fabric or canvas storage covers, as long as they are securely attached and will not blow off onto other property. Metal shelters are not permitted.

Can I perform maintenance on my vehicle, RV, camper or boat while it is being stored?Anything beyond basic internal cleaning should be conducted off-site. Washing, sanding, painting as well as engine repairs are not permitted on the property. If you have a question about any work that could be done on site, please call our office at 234-233-5580.

Is there water or sewer dump on location?No, Route 82 Storage does not have the equipment for any waste removal.

Are there any electrical hook-ups for my boat or RV?Electrical hook-ups are not provided at any of our outdoor parking locations. There are indoor outlets that may be used for any indoor storage, but we must be made aware of any electrical needs in advance to be sure that we can accommodate your requirements. A small additional fee may be charged.

Can you store more than one vehicle in a space?At Route 82 Storage we ask that only one vehicle or object is parked in a space.

What is required before executing a contract at Route 82 Storage?At Route 82 Storage we ask for a valid state driver’s license, current vehicle registration and current insurance on the vehicle or boat that you are storing.

Do I still have to pay for my storage location if I am taking the vehicle/camper/boat out for extended periods of time?If you want to ensure that your space is available upon return it is important that you have a signed contract with Route 82 Storage and are up-to-date with payments. You can choose to terminate your contract with us and sign up again when you need the storage space. We do not guarantee any spaces or locations though, once a contract has been terminated.
